Moms Meetings

Moms meetings are held three times each service year

The Mandatory Moms Meeting is held at the beginning of the service year in the Fall to introduce Assisteen Members’ moms to all of the organization and operations involved and required by moms to help keep our chapter running successfully.

Our 2nd Moms Meeting is held in the Winter and is for ALL Assisteens Members’ Moms, not just for our Mom Leadership Board. Significant matters are discussed, motions for changes are made, and voting occurs at this meeting. If you have feedback you’d like to voice about the running of our chapter, this is the forum to contribute your input.

Our 3rd Moms Meeting is held in the Spring and is for ALL Assisteens Members’ Moms, not just for our Mom Leadership Board. At this meeting, mom leadership, service chair, and event chair positions will be addressed for the upcoming service year. This is also the forum to assess the current service year and discuss plans to improve for next service year.
