Submission of Prospective New Member Applications began March 16, 2017.  Membership is open to incoming 8th and 9th grade students - space permitting.

Please print out the Membership Packet, read, sign, and bring your $425 membership dues by check made payable to:  ASSISTEENS.

Your application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed if all forms and dues of $425 are not included.

Partial refunds may be given by August 31.  No refunds after September 1.

Our next Prospective Member Meeting will be held for the 2018-2019 year Spring, 2018.
